Prescription Verification

In accordance with the U.S. Contact Lens Consumer Protection Act (FCLCA), prescription verification is required only for orders shipped to the United States and the United Kingdom. Shipments will not be arranged until verification is complete.

Option 1:  Upload Your Prescription
Upload your valid contact lens prescription at checkout.
Your prescription will be saved for use on your next purchase. Invalid or expired prescriptions may result in your order being canceled.

Option 2:  Optometrist Verification
Enter your doctor’s name and the clinic’s phone number, and we will proactively verify your prescription.

Your eye doctor has 8 business hours to respond (excluding holidays and weekends). If we do not receive a rejection notice within this timeframe, the prescription will be automatically approved.
