Return & Refund Eligibility

1. Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days after you receive your packagebased on tracking information.

2. All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with complete factory packaging. We do not accept returns that have been opened, damaged, altered, or show any signs of use.

3. No returns will be accepted without prior approval from our support team. Please contact us first before sending back any items.

4. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

5. Our after-sales warranty period is 14 days from delivery dateper logistics records.

 

Quality Issues & Defects

If you find manufacturing defectssuch as torn lenses, missing parts, deformation, or shrinkagewithin the warranty window, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos/videos of the defective items. After verification, we will arrange a replacement at our discretion.

Important: Please do not discard lenses or original packaging until your case is fully resolved. Original packaging is required for quality verification.

Notes & Exclusions

1. Please inspect your order before opening for any damage, missing items, or color discrepancies.

2. Each order is limited to one after-sales service request only.

3. We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

l You dislike the color after openingwhen item is correct as described

l Incorrect prescription or parameter issues that do not match your eyes

l Personal discomfort or subjective dissatisfaction

 

Return & Refund Process

1. Contact our support team first

 Send an email to service@bubcolor.com with your full name, order number, and detailed reason for return. Do not send items back to the address on the package label—we cannot process returns sent there.

 

2. Repack the item securely 

Place the product back into its original, undamaged packaging. Returns must be unopened and in resellable condition to be accepted.

 

3. Ship your return & share tracking 

Drop off your package with your preferred carrier. After shipping, please provide us with the tracking number and tracking link so we can monitor delivery.

 

4. Inspection & refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm condition and eligibility. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with these policy terms.
